Arrowhead Homes is proudly owned and operated by Eric Kemp, a seasoned Red Seal Carpenter and graduate of the Construction Engineering Technician/Supervisor program at Fanshawe College. Eric began his career in construction immediately after completing his carpentry and construction education, spending more than five years framing subdivisions, building high-end custom homes, and completing renovations and additions throughout the Greater Toronto Area. In 2019, he relocated to Peterborough to specialize in custom cottage construction in the Kawarthas before founding Arrowhead Homes in 2022.

Today, with more than 15 years of industry experience, Eric brings the expertise of a skilled craftsman and the accountability of an owner who remains on-site throughout every project. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, he is committed to delivering honest communication, quality workmanship, and results built to last.
